Language barriers can be a real pain. We’ve got Google Translate, sure, but try using it during a phone call. Not so easy, huh? But, hold on to your hats, because the rumor mill is churning out some exciting news.

The new Galaxy S24 phones might just have the solution we’ve been waiting for. An AI-powered feature called Live Translate during calls. This baby will translate phone calls in real time. Now, that’s handy, isn’t it?

But, let’s not get ahead of ourselves. These are just rumors, after all. But, we can hope, right? This feature could be a game-changer, making communication with foreigners a breeze.

Remember AI? Yeah, it was all the rage last year. Looks like it’s not going anywhere anytime soon. Word on the street is that One UI 6.1 will bring new AI-enhanced video processing.

What’s that mean for you? Improved low-light performance, for starters. Plus, rumor has it you’ll be able to erase subjects from videos with a simple selection. How cool is that?

But wait, there’s more. With the help of AI, you might be able to expand the borders of a photo and recreate more of it. And, outside the camera department, One UI 6.1 is expected to pack an AI-powered feature that will summarize your calls by extracting important information.

Let’s talk Galaxy S24 Ultra. Performance? Important, sure. But what really gets people excited is the camera. And the Galaxy S24 Ultra, being Samsung’s next top-of-the-line phone, is expected to deliver.

Here’s a sneak peek at the anticipated camera specs: Wide: 200MP ISOCELL HP2SX 1/1.3″, 0.6µm pixelsUltra-wide: 12MPTelephoto: 3X 10MP Periscope: 50MP 1/2.52″ Sony IMX854 5X telephoto, 0.7µm pixelsFront-facing: 12MP.

But, here’s the kicker. There probably won’t be any 10X periscope camera on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Instead, Samsung’s likely to use a 5X telephoto shooter, which will let the phone snap super close 5X portraits.

The event will be livestreamed on Samsung’s official YouTube channel, while it’s actually live in San Jose. We’re expecting to see the flagships unveiled, but don’t get your hopes up for other devices. No Buds or foldables this time around, just like any year.

We’re also likely to get a glimpse of One UI 6.1 with Android 14 during the event. Can’t watch the event livestream? No worries. Stay with us as we’ll report live here what’s happening during the event, so you can catch the highlights without watching the stream.

This year, Samsung’s stepping up its game when it comes to colors. Leaks suggest we’re in for a treat with a ton of different color options for the three phones.

For the S24 and S24+, we’re expecting Amber Yellow, Cobalt Violet, Jade Green, Marble Gray, Onyx Black, Sandstone Orange, and Sapphire Blue. But, keep in mind, some of these might be exclusive to Samsung.com buyers. So, not all colors will be available at every retailer.

Back to the star of the show, the Galaxy S24 Ultra. According to leaks, Samsung has some exciting changes in store for its king flagship.

A new titanium design with Gorilla Glass Armor (likely a tougher successor to Gorilla Glass Victus 2) at the front and back are expected. Around the globe, buyers will enjoy the ultra-fast Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.

We’re also expecting a brighter display, allegedly capable of hitting 2,600 nits of peak brightness. As usual, we’ll most likely see 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options. And the cherry on top? New AI features and functionalities.

Leak details the pre-order perks and bonuses for S24 European buyers.

If this leak turns out to be true, in Austria (and likely in many other EU countries), getting a pre-order deal means a free storage upgrade. You could even be able to get a 1TB S24 Ultra at the price of the 512GB version.

We don’t have any leaks about the US perks as of yet, but Samsung is known to give very sweet deals to early buyers, so we expect things to be exciting for US buyers as well!

A new design for the S24 Ultra is expected as well. Apart from the powerful chip and AI to make your life easier, we also expect to see a new design on the Ultra.

Samsung seems to be ready to ditch the curves and have the Ultra with a completely flat screen, according to leaks. The most powerful device from the trio will also reportedly feature a titanium frame.
