Full Story

Motorola’s got a new mid-range smartphone in the pipeline. It’s the Moto G24, and it’s yet to be officially announced. This gadget was leaked about a month ago, along with another mid-tier phone, the Moto G34. Neither has seen the light of day yet, but Motorola did roll out a new phone this month. It’s the Moto G Play 2024, and it’s pretty easy on the wallet.

Now, we’ve already got a pretty good idea of what the Moto G24 will look like. A recent report from Appuals gave us more than just a sneak peek at the phone. It also dished out the price and specs.

According to this report, the Moto G24 will be hitting the shelves in select European countries. It’s going to set you back €169. But that’s just for the basic version with 4/128GB memory. If you’re after something with a bit more oomph, you’ll have to dig a little deeper into your pockets.

So, what’s under the hood of the Moto G24? Well, it’s got a decent 6.56-inch IPS LCD panel. It’s got HD resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. And powering it all is a MediaTek Helio G85 processor. This is paired with at least 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal memory. There might be models with more memory coming out too.

The Moto G24 isn’t skimping on the camera front either. It’s got a dual-camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel macro camera. And for all your selfie needs, there’s an 8-megapixel secondary camera.

Battery-wise, the Moto G24 is packing a hefty 5,000 mAh battery. It’s got 20W charging support. And it’s going to be running on Android 14.

The report didn’t spill the beans on when the Moto G24 will be launched. But given all the info that’s been coming out recently, it’s probably going to be sooner rather than later.
